Seven Sisters Pendant Earrings

These Seven Sisters Pendant Earrings depict an Australian story that begins every evening when:

• The first star of the night the sisters’ father’  positioned at the top of the silver pendant as the solitary sphere.  He is followed by his six daughters, who clustered together form the constellation of Pleides.  The Seventh sister is separated from her sisters and positioned at the base of the oval pendant.  The seventh sister is followed by the morning star (also known as Venus) represented here as the hand repousseed sphere below the French hook.
• The stars in this story are all highly polished so that when the earring catches the light, they sparkle just like the Milky Way.
