With any purchase paid in full (excluding lay buys and gold jewellery) that does not meet your expectations, we will  REFUND IN FULL.
No refunds or exchanges are available for any gold jewellery as the cost of gold is so high. Please ensure your size is correct, If in doubt? 

For a fee of $100.00, I can send you wax rings in various sizes in either -small-medium or large categories for you to try on. The $100.00 fee is deducted from your ring purchase once the wax samples are returned with your choice in size.

Note that 5% of the PROFIT of gold jewellery is donated to Bush Heritage.

RETURNED Purchases-If you pay via ANZ merchant or direct deposit into Silver Dreaming, your full payment will be 100% refunded.

Unfortunately, PayPal has now changed its policy & does NOT refund its merchant fees.

The following strict conditions apply, and your purchase automatically agrees to the following terms.
A – please return your package with tracking after notifying us of your receipt and intent to return it.
B- Return notification options are SMS 0419 272 865 or by Email to  vickie@silverdreaming.com.au
C- Returns must be posted back to us within five business days. We must receive the item in the same condition- otherwise, we will not refund.
D-Less any fees incurred example, postage.
E-Once your purchase is received and you intend on returning, we must receive notification via Email or text before FIVE days of delivery; if not, the sale is final.
F- Note that 5% of the PROFIT of gold jewellery is donated to Bush Heritage.

LEAVING THE COUNTRY?
Present your receipt at the point of departure, and Australian Customs will refund the  10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) when you leave Australia.
